- 1 Fryingpan
- 1 Fork
- 1 Kitchen Tweezers
- 1 Punching tool for the bread
Ingredients
- 1 slice White Bread
- 1 pcs Burrata
- 1 tsp Red Caviar from Trout
- 1 tsp Black Caviar from Sturgeon
- 1 pcs Dill
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Mash the burrata with a fork.
- Punch out round pieces of the bread slices.
- Fry the bread circles in butter until golden.
- Allow the toasted bread circles to drain on a piece of paper so they retain their crispness.
- Spread the burrata evenly on the toasted bread.
- Add a generous teaspoon of caviar.
- Garnish with dill.
